This workshop is in Brooklyn at Kula Yoga Project Williamsburg.
Food, sleep and sex are considered the three pillars of health in Ayurveda, Yoga's sister science. These pillars express how we relate to body, mind, and spirit. Examining our habitual and learned behaviors around food, sleep, and sex is the vital first step toward re-wiring patterns related to stability, self-worth, and pleasure.
This workshop is for you if
- you are postpartum
- you experience chronic stress
- you want better tactics for feeding yourself on a physical, emotional, and mental level
- you want better boundaries in your life
- you want more intimacy in your life
Students can expect to learn a combination of yoga-based movement, pranayama and mantra from the Tantric tradition designed to stabilize, regulate, and nourish the body system.
