Cleansing is an important resource in the system of Ayurveda, Yoga’s sister science. However the focus is quite different than that of our Western diet culture. At the seasonal junctions of the Spring and Fall, Ayuveda teaches us how to realign with the rhythm of nature and encourages us to experience the wisdom of our physical body through deliberate nutritional practices based on feminine principles of receptivity, creativity and vitality. In this workshop, participants will learn the fundamentals of Ayurveda, best practices for transitioning to Spring, and how to harness the power of the Goddess Lakshmi to embody love, generosity and abundant health.
**Please note this is not a restriction diet, but a process of eliminating that which no longer nourishes you body, mind and spirit. All dietary needs are honored and included in this process.**
