Prenatal Yoga + Ayurveda

The challenges of pregnancy are too often left out of the larger conversation about motherhood, or if they are mentioned, it is through a casual kind of, “oh well, you’ll get over it” kind of way.

The fact is that your emotional and mental challenges have an impact on your physicality as well as your relationships, and there are simple tools for mitigating the disconnect that so often occurs.

In this workshop, participants will have the opportunity to learn about coping with the diverse challenges of embodying pregnancy using yoga, simple breath techniques and nutritional protocol from Ayurveda, yoga’s sister science. Everyone will leave with an individualized toolbox for self care on the physical, emotional and mental levels, as well as a community of support to continue the journey.
