Start this cleanse with intention, and follow through.
Breakfast: hot, cooked cereal (you choose your favorite, steel cut oats, amaranth, buckwheat, quinoa, etc.) with cinnamon, cardamom, 1tsp honey. Green tea if you're a caffeinator, or try an old favorite,Teecino, for a caffeine-free coffee substitute.
Lunch+Dinner: Kitchari w/ seasonal veggies. Kitchari is a traditional Ayurvedic stew. What's great about kitchari is that it keeps beautifully and can be spruced up w/ freshly steamed veggies and fresh herbs. See what's plentiful at the market!
Snack: one apple
There is some prep work required for these recipes (soaking your oats, chopping vegetables,) but they are all easy-access foods, and you can make enough lunch and dinner to last your 3 days! Sending you beams of light.
